Job Description

Responsibilities • Revamp, design & build up best practice for Wholesale Banking Division to uplift customer experience, enhance operation efficiency and preventive operational control. • Collaborate with Project Teams, Product Managers, Marketing, Frontline and other relevant units of the Bank to develop, review and enhance our digital solutions to our corporate customers • Prepare and perform the User Acceptance Test (UAT) to ensure the system development as defined in the User Requirement & Functional Specification and process on schedules. • Keep abreast of latest FinTech and/or Bank Core Bank system development and market trends for the study and evaluation of FinTech or IT solutions for Wholesale Banking Division • Conduct analysis of business process and make recommendation on system changes so that process and procedure can be streamlined and achieve work efficiency • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by Head of the Department/ Division
