Junior Network Engineer/ Operator- • Global MNC • WFH/ Hybrid Workmode • Leading Transformaiton Projects/ Career Growth Opportunities We are looking for a motivated Junior Network Engineer to support our clients data center operations team. Key Responsibilities • Rack, stack, and cable network devices such as switches, routers, firewalls, and servers in a data center environment. • Cable Management - Run, label, and dress copper (Cat6/Cat6a) and fiber optic cables according to industry best practices and data center standards. • Hardware Deployment - Assist senior engineers in deploying new network infrastructure, including power connections, patch panels, and cable trays. • Inventory & Documentation - Maintain accurate records of hardware assets, cable mapping, and physical network layout using standard documentation tools. • Troubleshooting - Diagnose and resolve basic physical layer issues (e.g., faulty cables, bad ports, power failures). • Site Support - Perform regular data center walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness, organization, and environmental compliance. • Collaboration - Work closely with network architects and system administrators to support new projects and maintenance windows. What You Bring • Understanding of physical cabling - Familiarity with structured cabling, fiber types (single-mode / multi-mode), and copper termination. • Basic networking knowledge including switch, router, patch panel, and SFP do; basic VLAN or IP addressing awareness is a plus.
