Senior Business Analyst (Investment Banking - Trading)

Job Description

We are seeking a Business Analyst (Trading) in Hong Kong. You will work with business users, vendors and technology teams to improve a vendor-driven trading platform. You will turn regulatory and operational needs into clear requirements, support change delivery and help drive incident triage, testing and release readiness in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities • Gather and clarify business requirements for vendor trading platform changes and enhancements • Convert needs into user stories, functional specifications and acceptance criteria • Coordinate with vendors on releases, defects, impact assessment and change communications • Support incident triage by analyzing symptoms, documenting findings and driving next steps with SMEs • Support regulatory and reporting initiatives by defining requirements and validating outcomes • Maintain documentation including process flows, data mappings and operational runbooks • Partner with developers and test teams to support test planning, defect triage and release sign-off • Contribute to Agile delivery ceremonies across Scrum or Kanban teams Show More
