About the Role

Support execution of individual projects or initiatives to deliver the strategies of Life, Health and WAM across LBUs by localization of strategy, design of operating model, and manage integration / business buildouts

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead development of deliverables for localization of corporate strategy
• Support the development of the enabling Target Operating Model, integration framework, work plans, governance models, etc.
• Support the development of frameworks / approaches to enable decision making and oversight
• Support post merger integration / strategic business build outs projects for specific workstream
• Shape and develop strategic narratives and presentations

Minimum Job Requirements:

• 8+ years Experienced business professional from top management consultancy firm or financial services
• Track record in the planning and management of large scale (e.g. group-wide, multi-market) projects or initiatives in the execution phase
• Solid hands-on experience in cross functional execution delivery and project management, including associated tools, frameworks and methodologies.
• Domain knowledge in Insurance, Healthcare and Wealth and Asset Management across Asian markets is desirable
