Key Responsibilities • Document and analyse end-to-end finance processes, including GL, month-end close, intercompany processes, and cost allocations. • Facilitate workshops with Finance, Tax, HR, Technology, Procurement, and other business stakeholders as required. • Identify process inefficiencies, control gaps, and automation opportunities. • Develop practical recommendations and future-state process designs. • Produce high-quality process maps, business requirements, gap analyses, operating procedures, and Finance Standards. • Support testing, implementation, change management, and stakeholder engagement activities. • Collaborate across functions to drive consensus and successful project delivery.
