Job Description In this role, you will be a key player in our business strategy and execution. As an Analyst within the Global Investment Banking Capital Market Advisory Group, you will participate in the “full cycle” of transactional execution, including preparing marketing pitches, coordinating closely with ECM, DCM and Coverage teams as well as internal Legal and external counsel, communicating with clients to identify and evaluate solutions, taking ownership of transaction documentation, supporting clients in preparing offering documentation and managing the execution process, and preparing and presenting internal committee memoranda and client presentations.
