IT Security Specialist - Financial Services / 40k to 70k I am currently helping our Client seeking an IT Security Specialist to join the team in Hong Kong. Your role: • Act as a Subject Matter Expert to support the research, design, procurement, implementation, operationalization, and optimization of cybersecurity solutions, including new deployments and system revamps. • Engage in the system development lifecycle (SDLC), covering architecture and infrastructure design, technical requirements, operational documentation, testing, user training, maintenance, and support. • Contribute to system integration efforts, providing administration, support, and troubleshooting for cybersecurity systems. • Create, develop, and maintain security orchestration and automation. • Lead the design and deployment of AI-enabled security automation and analyst support capabilities. • Develop and maintain system operating procedures, including backup and disaster recovery plans, vulnerability management, patching, system maintenance, monitoring, and auditing. • Identify, analyze, and respond to security incidents, conduct vulnerability assessments, support penetration testing, and recommend improvements. • Collaborate with technical vendors and internal teams to ensure compliance and effective implementation of security solutions. • Work closely with IT and business stakeholders to facilitate the successful deployment and adoption of cybersecurity measures.
