Overview Susquehanna is looking for an Application Support Engineer to join our team in Hong Kong. Primarily you will support, monitor and deploy various proprietary systems related to the company’s electronic trading throughout the Asia Pacific region. - You will perform and automate daily morning system health check and perform continuous real-time monitoring of production systems - As a support analyst, you will act as a link between developers, project managers, operations, traders and external brokers/exchanges, ensuring appropriate information flow when implementing business requests and investigating problems relating to the production environment. - You will maintain technical/user documentation/confluence for new/existing systems. - You'll gain a thorough understanding of the entire company’s trading, Order Management Systems (OMS), market data, static data and settlement/clearing systems and workflows. - As a part of our support team, you will identify opportunities for improving reliability and usability through the use of technology.
