As a Back Office Business Analyst reporting to the AVP of Client Services, you'll play a critical role in driving client success across the APAC region by delivering expert advisory, implementation, and upgrade services for Nasdaq's Calypso product. You'll thrive in this position if you're client-focused, analytical, and bring deep back-office expertise to a fast-paced, high-impact environment where your work enables global capital markets operations. Key Responsibilities - Partner with clients to gather requirements and design solutions aligned with Calypso best practices and business objectives. - Configure, test, and validate system solutions to meet business requirements, supporting clients through SIT, UAT, and go-live phases. - Create functional scope and solution documents that translate business needs into practical system capabilities. - Collaborate with internal product and technical teams to identify gaps, test enhancements, and ensure successful implementation. - Manage project timelines, communicate progress proactively, and train users on system functionality and new features.
