Vice President - Solutions & Project Management

Job Description

The Role: The Vice President, IS&T Solution & Project Management is accountable for the end‑to‑end delivery of technology initiatives, with primary responsibility for large‑scale SAP ERP and HR transformation programs across Galaxy Entertainment Group (GEG). The role provides strategic leadership and oversight of solution architecture, project delivery, prioritization, resource allocation and continuous improvement practices, and serves as the client‑side executive owner for SAP programs to ensure delivery certainty, executive confidence, and effective system integrator governance. • Enterprise SAP ERP & HR Transformation Leadership - own the end‑to‑end delivery of major SAP ERP and HR transformation programs, covering planning, design, build, testing, data migration, cutover, go‑live, and post‑go‑live stabilization. • Lead FI/CO and ECC and to S/4HANA migrations and SuccessFactors implementations, define and execute realistic, integrated delivery plans across Finance, HR, Data and Change. • Lead executive level communications, steering committees, and go/no go decisions. • Prepares and presents full solutions overviews and project details - functional and technical - to executive leaders within GEG. • Structure and lead client and system integrator delivery models. • Govern SAP system integrators and vendors; challenge scope, assumptions, and timelines to ensure transparent engagement, clear accountability, and value‑based partnerships for the GEG organization. • Oversee full project management lifecycle for a portfolio of projects involving development of requirements, functional and technical specifications, project plans, implementation plans and status reports/business communications. • Provide resource and consulting expertise as a solution expert/architect to IS&T projects, directing the applications functionality, integration needs and infrastructure and related technology components within agreed standards. • Own data migration and cutover strategy, including mock conversions and business readiness • Ensures business requirements and scope are clearly and concisely defined by TMs for projects sponsored by the Business Units. • Design and establishment of a highly skilled and motivated team of project management, business analyst, and solution architect resources focused on property solutions and associated technologies Show More
