WHOOP is hiring a Research Manager to lead the Distributed Research team which owns large-scale decentralized data collections through Digital WHOOP Labs, powering research and innovation across WHOOP. In this role, you will define the team's strategy, mentor and develop a high-performing team of researchers, and partner closely with cross-functional research partners, Research Program Management, and Research Platform to prioritize work, scale distributed research capabilities, and continuously improve the tools and processes that enable high-quality data collection at scale.
