Summary: The Commercial Lines Account Executive is responsible for managing and growing client relationships while serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for assigned accounts. This role works closely with clients and carrier partners to develop insurance strategies that align with each client's risk management goals. The Account Executive prepares and oversees new business submissions, renewal strategies, marketing efforts, coverage analyses, and policy negotiations, collaborating with internal teams and carrier representatives to deliver exceptional service. With a strong focus on client retention and account growth, the Account Executive provides consultative guidance, ensures the timely execution of service plans, and supports the achievement of revenue and retention objectives.
