Trading Applications Support Engineer - Derivatives Analytics

We are looking for a strong & enthusiastic Support Engineer to join our high performing Derivatives Trading Application Support Team. The role is focused on Level 1+ (Portfolio Manager/Trading) support of Millennium’s Equity Derivatives and Converts Trading tools, analytics, and monitoring systems. Responsibilities & Duties • Application Support – Level 1+ support of EQ Derivatives Vol and Convertible Bond tools/analytics users. The candidate will be required to build up an understanding of various EQ derivatives related market data, pricers, converts analytics and risk reporting systems. This also includes but is not limited to Trade Capture, Risk and Pnl, Trade Repository analysis. The candidate will need to be able to troubleshoot derivatives pricing / risk related issues and train users on various platforms. • Vol Tools support – support Millennium’s tools around Vol Analytics / Market data / Pricers / Risk as well as external tools for Convertible bonds pricing . This includes testing, and marketing & implementing the algos with our PM teams. • Production Monitoring Support – Build tools / scripts for efficient monitoring and support for intra-day and EOD jobs, platform performance measurement, enrich market data timeseries datasets.
