Our client is a well-established Hong Kong bank with a sizeable technology estate supporting critical business operations. This is a senior people-manager role within the Information Technology Division, leading the UNIX/Linux, middleware, and database administration function to ensure stable, secure, and efficient BAU operations, resilience, and continuous optimization across core infrastructure platforms. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the UNIX/Linux, Middleware & DBA team • Lead a team of UNIX/Linux, middleware system, and database administrators to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. • Provide technical guidance, set priorities, and ensure delivery of routine operational tasks within agreed timelines. • Contribute to annual budget planning for infrastructure platforms and related services.
