JOB SUMMARY The Sales Manager is responsible for proactively identifying and developing sales opportunities and building long-term relationships with customers. The position supports the achievement of hotel revenue goals by acquiring new business, developing existing accounts, and providing excellent customer service. The Sales Manager also ensures that confirmed business is properly and promptly handed over to the Event Management team for smooth service delivery. CANDIDATE PROFILE Education and Experience • A 2-year degree from an accredited university or college in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related field, or a 4-year bachelor's degree in one of these fields. • 5 years of experience in sales or a related professional area.
