Senior Manager, Global Insurance Business Finance and Reporting Location: Central, Hong Kong Island, HK Brand: HSBC Area of Interest: Role Workstyle: Hybrid Worker Date: 10 Sept 2026 We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Manager, Global Insurance Business Finance and Reporting. In this role you will: Accounting policy & technical advisory • Provide IFRS technical accounting advice on insurance manufacturing and distribution specific transactions and products, on non-insurance matters. • Interpret and apply applicable standards (e.g., IFRS 17/ IFRS 9 / IFRS 10/ IAS 28) and document conclusions in clear position papers. • Develop, maintain, and socialize accounting policies, interpretations, and implement guidance for manufacturing and distribution activities. • Support accounting assessments for new products, distribution arrangements, Level 3 assets and strategic initiatives (including partnerships).
