What you’ll do Proactively approach shoppers near the checkout area to introduce on-demand furniture transport services. Guide customers through downloading the app, applying promotional codes, and placing delivery orders. Answer service enquiries and provide clear, friendly guidance throughout the booking process. Liaise with matched Lalamove driver-partners to coordinate pickups and assist with booking or pickup issues. Deliver attentive customer service and proactively support customers’ needs.
