Job Responsibilities: Support day-to-day operations of RWA products (e.g., mint, redemption, reconciliation)Assist in building and maintaining SOPs for asset lifecycle managementWork closely with product/compliance / custody teams to ensure smooth executionIdentify inefficiencies in existing processes and propose improvementsPerform basic data tracking and analysis to support operations decisions Job Requirements: Fresh graduate in Mathematics / Statistics / Business Analytics / Finance or related fieldsStrong logical and structured thinkingAble to understand and follow operational workflows (SOP-driven)Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibilityComfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets Preferred: Interest in crypto / RWA / financial marketsInternship experience in fintech, banking, or consultingBasic understanding of how financial products operate By submitting a job application, you confirm that you have read and agree to our Candidate Privacy Policy.
