Investment Manager / Director (Data Centre Investments & M&A) A digital infrastructure platform is seeking an investment professional to support its expansion across multiple markets. The role offers the opportunity to take ownership of data centre investments, including greenfield acquisitions, joint ventures and M&A transactions, within a growing business. Responsibilities Identify, evaluate and execute data centre investment opportunities across markets, including land acquisitions, joint ventures and M&A.Lead end-to-end transactions, from sourcing and screening through underwriting, structuring, negotiations and closing.Assess commercial and technical feasibility, including site suitability, power availability, infrastructure requirements and investment returns.Develop financial models, valuations and investment recommendations to support decision-making.Manage due diligence, transaction documentation and negotiations with counterparties and advisers.Prepare investment proposals and present recommendations to senior management and investment committees.
