Job Description

A leading healthcare cluster is looking for a Senior Executive to support its electronic medical record and population health systems. You will gather requirements, manage user access and coordinate rollouts that help clinicians work better. What You'll Be DoingFacilitate stakeholder sessions to gather functional requirements and maintain documentation for enhancements and new implementationsExecute user access provisioning and deprovisioning across healthcare systems in line with security frameworksMonitor system performance and provide first-line technical support to healthcare usersCoordinate escalations to relevant technical teamsGenerate reports using electronic medical record reporting tools and assist in data validationSupport disease registry and population health analytics projectsSupport system rollout projects and coordinate user training sessionsCoordinate system maintenance and communicate updates to usersSupport user acceptance testing for system improvementsMaintain communication logs and follow up on outstanding requestsWhat You'll BringDegree from a recognised university and above, with 2 to 3 years of relevant experienceExperience in healthcare systems management is preferredUnderstanding of healthcare workflows and electronic medical recordsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsGood analytical and documentation skillsComfortable with data reporting and validationOrganised with strong follow-throughTeam player who learns new systems quicklyWhat's In It For YouOffice hours, Monday to FridayExposure to large-scale healthcare systemsCollaborative healthcare environmentInterested?
