About the Team: SeaCloud helps customers build and run AI workloads through serverless model APIs, dedicated model hosting, GPU virtual machines, and bare metal GPU infrastructure, and adopt enterprise AI applications for collaboration and workflow automation. As a Lead Forward Deployed Engineer at SeaCloud, you will lead the technical execution of complex customer engagements across model APIs, dedicated inference, GPU virtual machines, and bare metal GPU clusters. You will work closely with customer engineering teams from technical discovery and feasibility validation through integration, acceptance, production launch, and stabilization. You will personally investigate difficult problems, make evidence-based architecture and capacity recommendations, and coordinate the teams needed to achieve the agreed customer outcome.
