What you'll do: • Identify and support exploration of business opportunities in digitization and AI and assist in proposing suitable AI and digital solutions. Participate in technical discussions with guidance from other team members. • Assist in defining project scope, objectives, success criteria, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Respond to functional and technical elements of RFI/RFP • Prepare and coordinate project documentation and proposals, including Statement of Work (SOW), functional and technical specifications. Collaborate closely with architects, developers, testers and operators’ teams to ensure smooth project execution. • Support the planning and execution of AI and digital project deliverables. Assist in monitoring project scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, and issues to ensure alignment with business objectives. Contribute to agile team activities to deliver quality outputs. • Participate in project implementation activities for AI and digital initiatives with internal teams, vendors, and business stakeholders, including mobile app development, application systems, cloud solutions, and consultancy projects. • Provide support on technical aspects of solutions, including assisting in product and solution briefings, proposal preparation, bid responses, proof-of-concept development, demos, and coordination of technical resources.
