Role Introduction Reports to: Digital Manager – Automation You will be part of the Digital Department (DGT), supporting the Hyperautomation Centre of Excellence (CoE) and working closely with business units across the organisation to advance digital transformation initiatives. You will focus on shaping and delivering AI, GenAI and automation use cases that improve business agility, efficiency and cost effectiveness while aligning with enterprise governance and priorities. This position offers you the hands-on exposure to enterprise-scale automation, GenAI (including RAG and agent-enabled solutions), stakeholder engagement and digital governance, building strong experience in translating business needs into practical, adoption-ready solutions.
