## Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Critical Health Solutions: Responsible for the day to day delivery of professional, effective and timely patient advocacy services to eligible employees and their immediate family members with the ultimate objective of ensuring a high level of service and customer satisfaction. The CHS Nurse assists the CHS Physician with the management of CHS cases, by identifying top rated medical providers (doctors, hospitals, etc…), providing medical advice, guidance and recommendations, expediting the resolution of issues and challenges while seeking medical care, navigating the healthcare system, coordinating care between different providers.
