Corporate Actions Specialist – Hong Kong Radley James is working with a leading global multi-strategy hedge fund seeking a Corporate Actions Associate to join its Hong Kong operations team. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with portfolio managers, traders, prime brokers, and custodians, supporting corporate actions across APAC equity portfolios in a fast-paced investment environment. Responsibilities • Monitor and process mandatory and voluntary corporate action events across APAC equity portfolios • Manage dividends, rights issues, mergers, stock splits, tender offers, shareholder meetings, and other corporate events • Communicate election deadlines and entitlement details to portfolio managers and traders • Reconcile corporate action notifications from custodians, prime brokers, and market data providers • Coordinate voluntary elections and ensure accurate booking within internal systems • Perform ex-date and pay-date reconciliations, resolving breaks in a timely manner • Support process improvements and automation initiatives across the operations function • Work closely with internal stakeholders to minimise operational risk and ensure accurate event processing Show More
