Your role Are you client-centric? Can you work under pressure? Do you have strong interpersonal skills? We are looking for someone like that to be part of the ICLS Global Banking Onboarding team to support the APAC Global Banking Business. • you would directly engage with the client/business for procuring KYC documents. • you are the client’s voice when liaising with internal stakeholders for any exception handling or risk-based approaches. • you are the key driver to resolve any issues encountered during the client onboarding process. • you are responsible for reviewing KYC documents provided by the client and provide timely response to client queries. • you are expected to work closely with Client and Business for time-sensitive deals. • you would be the Approver for cases submitted by Fulfilment analyst to ensure adherence to policies and regulations.
