About The Role We are seeking a dedicated and skilled In Vivo research technician to join our innovative transgenic mouse platform. This role is central to our mission of humanised therapeutic antibody discovery, offering the chance to work at the intersection of in vivo science and translational research in stem cell biology. Key Responsibilities • Design and execute immunisation campaigns, monitor immune responses (antibody titre determination), and support downstream antibody discovery workflows. • Perform primary cell antibody staining, cell sorting, and execution of immunological assays. • Perform technical procedures on mice, including IP and SC injections, blood and tissue collection, and breeding of pedigree and experimental mice. • Maintain high standards of animal husbandry, breeding strategies, and colony management for transgenic mouse strains. • Ensure strict compliance with HK animal welfare regulations and IACUC protocols. • Prepare reports and take responsibility for record keeping and database updates as required. • Participate in a shared weekend and holiday rota to ensure continuous animal care and experimental support.
