The company operates with the agility of a startup while supporting complex, large-scale technology initiatives. Role Description The Emergency Medical Services Supervisor at Delart is a full-time, on-site role based in Hong Kong. This role oversees day-to-day EMS operations, including supervising paramedic and EMT teams, coordinating ambulance deployment, and ensuring timely, high-quality prehospital care. The supervisor is responsible for monitoring performance, implementing protocols, maintaining compliance with local regulations, and supporting continuous training and quality improvement initiatives. The position also involves collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners, managing incident documentation, and participating in emergency response planning and drills. The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure in dynamic clinical and operational environments. Qualifications • Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, performance management, and operational coordination. • Candidates should possess Prehospital Care experience, including assessment, stabilization, and transport of patients in emergency settings. • Candidates should possess Paramedic qualifications or equivalent advanced life support certification. • Candidates should possess EMT credentials and practical experience in emergency response and patient care. • Candidates should possess familiarity with Ambulance operations, dispatch procedures, and safety protocols. • Relevant professional certification and registration in emergency medical services in Hong Kong or eligibility to obtain it. • Knowledge of local healthcare regulations, clinical protocols, and quality assurance standards. • Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams. • Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, as required by emergency operations. • Experience in training, mentoring, or developing EMS personnel is highly beneficial.
