Job Duties 1. Tenant Design Management • Review and vet tenants' shop design submissions to ensure compliance with the landlord's design standards, fit-out guidelines, house rules, and statutory requirements. • Provide professional design advice and recommendations to tenants and their consultants throughout the design and fit-out process. • Assess shopfronts, signage, materials, layouts, lighting, and merchandising concepts to achieve high-quality retail presentation. • Guide tenants in enhancing store functionality, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
