Showroom Sales Associate – Used Mobile Phones

Job Description

We are a used mobile phone wholesale and export company looking for a showroom sales associate to serve international customers. The ideal candidate should speak fluent English, communicate well, and have basic knowledge of smartphones, especially used Apple devices. Key Responsibilities: • Greet and assist international customers in the showroom, understand their needs, and recommend suitable used Apple devices based on budget, model preference, condition, and value. • Explain product features, demonstrate key functions, and answer customer questions about usage, condition, performance, and compatibility. • Promote and sell used iPhones and other mobile devices, helping improve sales conversion and achieve individual and showroom sales targets. • Clearly and honestly describe product condition, including any signs of use, minor defects, or cosmetic imperfections, to build customer trust. • Support daily showroom operations, including product display, device charging, cleaning, price tag checking, and inventory updates. • Follow up with customers after purchase, answer basic after-sales or warranty questions, and maintain good relationships with new and returning customers.
