Statement: Partnership Manager will be in charge of the partnership and liaison projects for our clients. The primary focus of this position is to cultivate and nurture partnerships with clients, particularly in scalable liaison projects and credit card offerings, by devising innovative strategies and solutions. Job Nature: • Lead the team in spearheading partnership and liaison projects for our clients in the banking, payment solutions, and loyalty programs sectors. • Drive business growth initiatives within the liaison business segment, identifying opportunities for expansion and revenue generation. • Engage with clients to understand their specific needs and challenges, providing tailored solutions that exceed expectations and drive client satisfaction. Execute account servicing duties to uphold the highest standards in sales projects. • Collaborate with the sales and account servicing teams to develop compelling proposals for partnership and liaison projects, and participate in client presentations as required. • Emphasize strategic project execution and resource allocation for assigned projects, overseeing project progress, and ensuring the achievement of project KPIs and timelines. • Take the lead in managing our merchants community, including organizing yearly dining awards, SME promotion drives, and exclusive offers for merchants to enhance partnerships and drive mutual success.
