Overview Our client is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Key Account Manager to grow their leading cosmetics brand. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is passionate about winning with retail partners through strong account planning and execution. You will be responsible for owning key accounts end-to-end, driving sell-in and sell-through, managing P&L , and maintaining trusted relationships with key retail stakeholders. What You Will Do Own and grow assigned key accounts by building joint business plans, setting targets, and driving sell-in and sell-through for our Korean cosmetics portfolio. Lead account negotiations, including trading terms, promotional mechanics, and annual agreements, while ensuring strong execution in-store and online. Partner with internal teams to deliver launches and campaigns, including assortment planning, pricing and positioning, and channel-ready marketing materials. Take accountability for commercial performance by managing budgets, forecasting, tracking key KPIs, and improving margin through disciplined planning.
