What you'll do: • Implement government-funded R&D projects focused on advanced thermal management technologies, including but not limited to development of thermal storage materials, calculation of heat transfer process, control system develop and design of thermal management systems. • Design, develop, and evaluate R&D projects to ensure successful outcomes. • Conduct desktop research related to the aforementioned R&D areas. • Prepare project proposals, detailed technical documents, and progress reports. • Handle ad-hoc tasks as required to address project needs and challenges. • Engage with R&D partners (including universities, tech suppliers, clients, and end-users) and organize technology commercialization events (such as training sessions, seminars, conferences, and exhibitions) both locally and overseas. • Occasionally travel to Chinese Mainland and overseas for project implementation and to study new technologies.
