Key Responsibilities: • Responsible for full-spectrum regional finance operations, including preparing month-end closing, consolidating financial data from multiple plants, and delivering accurate and timely financial and management reports with comprehensive variance analysis regionally. • Prepare in-depth financial analysis, dashboards, presentation decks, and strategic proposals for regional management to support decision-making on cost control, margin improvement, and operational efficiency with the team. • Liaise with external auditors and tax representatives across the region. • Perform ad-hoc duties and special projects as assigned by regional finance leadership.
