Job Description

Key Responsibilities • Handle and assess travel insurance claims from initial notification through to settlement. • Review claim documentation and make fair, timely, and customer-focused claim decisions. • Exercise sound judgment and discretion when assessing claims, particularly in situations requiring interpretation and common-sense decision-making. • Communicate with customers, service providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient claim resolution. • Maintain accurate claims records and deliver a high standard of customer service.
