ApplyJob Description
Responsibilities: • Execute full-cycle SBL transactions (execution, rolling, recall, settlement). Track market rates, supply-demand dynamics and corporate actions to capture spreads and mitigate settlement/carry risks; • Respond to clients' stock loan pricing and availability requests. Expand broker and custodian networks to boost two-way SBL flow and secure stable scarce stock supply; • Conduct daily desk P&L reconciliation and performance review. Monitor short interest, borrow utilization and special borrow lists, and ensure full adherence to regional SBL and short-selling regulations; • Support Delta One and synthetic equity desks with hedging inventory. Optimize daily workflows and reporting automation to upgrade overall desk operational efficiency.
