We are looking for a commercially curious and execution-focused Trading Initiatives & Business Manager to join our Trading team. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role for an ambitious professional who wants to be at the forefront of new trading strategies and financial instruments across crypto, TradFi, and prediction markets. You will support and drive the delivery of new trading initiatives — from initial research and feasibility through to go-live — while leveraging AI tools to accelerate competitor analysis, research workflows, and project tracking. This role offers significant exposure to traders, cross-divisional teams and external partners across exchanges, brokers, and venues globally.
