Job description: POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our equities algorithmic trading product initiatives across the APAC region. This role requires a deep understanding of market microstructure and agency algorithms, combined with strong project management capabilities, excellent communication skills and proven ability to deliver measurable ROI from development investments. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders, trading functions, quants, strats and development teams to drive product innovation and enhancement to the Instinet and Nomura algorithmic trading business.
