Execution Trader / Trade Support Recruiting on behalf of a Tier-1 Hedge Fund, who are hiring an Execution Trader / Trade Support professional. This role sits between pure execution and a meritocratic, prop-style structure - with the opportunity to earn trading allocation over time based on performance, judgment, and risk discipline. The Role • This is a hands-on execution seat with real PM visibility and accountability. Coverage & Products • Cross-asset execution across cash equities, swaps, options, futures, and baskets • Coverage spanning Asia, Europe, and the US • Weekly US night trading coverage required
