Our clients are sizable organization, looking for a RPA Engineer / Process Specialist / Business Process Automation Analyst to join its Banking Transaction Team in Hong Kong. This role offers the chance to liaise with cross function teams to fulfill business needs. Responsibilities: Mentor the Automation Team: Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a team of developers and automation specialists focused on delivering high-impact process automation solutions using Pega. Drive Process Automation Excellence: Lead the design and continuous improvement of end-to-end business processes, leveraging Pega’s Case
