Job Description

Responsibilities • Research and innovation of high-performance or new spatial light modulators, including principles, materials, chips, circuits, etc. • Optical design of WSS(wavelength selective switch), research and innovation of optical architecture, spatial light field, and key components to support the continuous evolution of optical switching technologies. • Advanced algorithm research of optical field control and optical switching engine to break the optical switching performance limit Service Skills • PhD or MPhil in optics, physics, optical communications, etc. • Strong publication record demonstrating innovative research. • Fulfill at least one of the requirements below: • Experienced in spatial light modulators such as LCD/LCOS/MEMS, or new light field control devices such as meta-surface/phase change materials, or CMOS circuit design, FPGA design and logic development, high-speed interface circuits and protocols. • Solid foundation in mathematics and physics, familiar with the theories of spatial light field transmission and wavefront shaping. • Have research and design experience in WSS, ROADM, and WDM components.
