Quantitative Analyst - APAC Systematic Equity

Job Description

We are seeking a Quant Analyst to join a fast-growing quant fund. This role will focus on APAC markets and combines quantitative skills with hands-on trading or desk quant experience in APAC equities. Responsibilities: • Partner with the team to research, develop, and deploy systematic equity trading strategies across Asian markets, including Mainland China, Japan, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. • Leverage deep knowledge of regional market microstructure, trading rules, conventions, and venue characteristics to optimize strategy design and execution. • Conduct end-to-end quantitative research on alpha signals, covering idea generation, data processing, feature engineering, and rigorous statistical analysis. • Implement and productionize trading strategies across multiple venues. • Perform market-specific analysis to identify opportunities and refine strategy performance.
