Job description Key Responsibilities: Corporate Action & Income Processing • Lead and oversee the complete operational lifecycle for all corporate action events (mandatory, voluntary, and elective) and income distributions, ensuring precise and timely execution. • Manage the coordination and resolution of complex, non-routine, and sensitive corporate events, including mergers, takeovers, rights issues, and other market-critical transactions. • Proactively monitor event processing performance, identify potential delays or risks, and make rapid, informed decisions to mitigate operational impact and financial exposure.
