Work Schedule: Any 5 days working, 9 hours between 8 AM 9 PM Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the team. Manage large teams including Team Leaders, Agents, and Quality Analysts (Vehicle Safety Operator) Drive performance, compliance, and process excellence. Work closely with trainers to ensure operators are fully compliant with Japan driving laws and safety protocols. Prepare reports, monitor SLAs, and ensure client expectations are met.
