Job Number: 1007 External Description: This position is responsible for leading the improvement of practices, productivity, and customer experience within a team that efficiently manages the administrative operations of the sales and marketing teams on behalf of their respective counterparts. The role will not only lead the improvement of processes, but also promote further labor savings and automation. This role will also lead activities to identify the causes of any inconvenience perceived by sales and marketing and to remove barriers.

The Randstad is a roughly crescent- or arc-shaped conurbation in the Netherlands, that includes almost half the country's population.
