The primary goal of this position is to significantly improve the quality, efficiency, and time to market of Infineon development projects. Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role • Be responsible for supporting project teams using Infineon Design System (Flows, Design Packages, and Methodologies). • Support design methodologies across semi-custom design flows, including RTL analysis, design verification, DFT, synthesis, place and route, STA, EM/IR, and physical verification. • Identify methodology gaps and improvements and provide automation to perform all design activities in the most efficient and correct-by-construction way. • Evaluate solutions from multiple available options and perform trade-offs between technical features and cost. • Work with R&D in Infineon globally and EDA tool vendors to resolve issues across semi-custom design flows. • Coordinate with IT and EDA tool license teams to provide an infrastructure aligned with project needs.
