Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer Job Description: Job Opportunity The key responsibilities for the Plant Engineer are: Plant Process Engineering - (50%) • Work closely with production, engineering and quality resources to monitor, evaluate, and improve product/process consistency and efficiency by implementing equipment, procedure and process changes. • Develop/implement Process Control Systems utilizing the MPCS system for products at the Geino facilities consistent with global practices. • Assess manufacturing operations for safety, health, and environmental risks and implement sustainable improvements • Evaluate equipment needs to improve operations (safety, quality, cost, reliability, capacity) and work with Project Engineering and Maintenance resources to implement projects • Coordinates all plant FMOC (Facility Management of Change) activities.
