Job Overview Performs operations and maintenance on various USMC training devices to include Improved Moving Target Simulator (IMTS), Stinger Training System (STS), MADIS Desktop Trainer (MDT), and MADIS Virtual Trainer (MVT). Performs “O” (organizational) level (both on-line and off-line), “I” (intermediate) level off-line, and “D” (depot) level maintenance. • Full Time • Reports to the Program Manager • A+ Certification Required Experience • Shall have five (5) years of management experience in which two (2) years shall be management of electronic maintenance and shall meet the qualifications required for the site Electronics Technician, Maintenance III (Site Manager). • Demonstrate twelve (12) months supervisory electronics maintenance experience; ability to prioritize resources to meet daily utilization schedule; communicate effectively; and ability to train and develop shift personnel and perform administration duties. • 4-6 years simulator maintenance experience of which 2 years must be in the maintenance of complex areas, systems and subsystems of like trainers outlined in the PWS.
