Job description Our client, a reputable international bank, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join its Operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or candidates with payment services experience to build a long-term career in banking operations. Responsibilities • Process corporate inward and outward remittance transactions accurately and within established turnaround times. • Handle cross-border payments and customer account transfers through various payment channels and interbank systems. • Perform transaction verification, including balance checks, signature verification, and payment instruction validation. • Determine appropriate payment routes and match foreign exchange dealer slips where applicable. • Support daily operational activities and administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors. • Conduct end-of-day reconciliation to ensure all transactions are properly processed and recorded. • Prepare regulatory and management reports in accordance with internal and regulatory requirements. • Participate in operational projects and provide cross-functional support when required. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Accounting, or a related discipline. • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. • Prior experience in payment services, remittance operations, banking operations, or transaction processing will be an advantage. • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy. • Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
