The Role: • Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture, analyze, and refine functional requirements for digital banking initiatives • Draft detailed user stories, process workflows, and functional specification documents • Develop comprehensive user acceptance testing (UAT) plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on functional requirements • Utilize Jira for tracking project tasks, managing user stories, and monitoring bug lifecycles • Maintain centralized project documentation, meeting minutes, and release notes within Confluence Experience Needed: • 2+ years of professional experience in a combined Digital BA and QA role within the banking sector • Direct experience working on Credit Card or Debit Card digital transformation projects • Hands-on proficiency using Jira and Confluence for project documentation and delivery tracking • Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate effectively between business users and technical teams Show More
